The hike starts and ends at 1580m with the highest point, 3333m. The total distance is 42kms.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">The hiking is mostly on trail but includes a rough and steep ascent and descent of Grey\u2019s Pass. You need to be fit and strong and able to hike with a full backpack for up to 6 hours a day. You will see wild animals including antelope, baboons and the rare Bearded Vulture.
