We stay in caves including the breath taking views of Roland\u2019s Cave. We summit Cleft Peak on day 3 and Cathedral Peak on day 4. The hike starts and ends at 1600m with the highest point 3277m. Total distance is 45kms. Hiking is on a well marked trail and off trail in places. You need to be fit and able to carry your own backpack and also have a head for heights as there are a few places that are exposed. Summitting Cathedral Peak is optional and does involve some exposed scrambling. The guide uses a safety rope on this section.
