Sport climbing (bolted climbs)

Overall feel– mainly steep face climbing.
One of SA’s premier sport crags. A climbing venue inside a small game reserve. You will see zebras, giraffe and wildebeests. Very easy access. There are lots of routes in the grade 17-22 range. A few very high quality Trad routes exit.
There are 2 abseil (rappelling) training sites used for running courses. Chalets are available for hire. Nearest airport – Durban or Pietermaritzburg
Best for climbers who can already climb in the moderate to harder grades. Peak High has a policy that clients will belay the guide only with auto-locking or assisted breaking type devices. (e.g. GriGri or ATC Pilot) We provide these if clients do not already have them.
