This is a favourite hike with both local clients and people from overseas, mainly due to the fact that it packs the most dramatic Drakensberg scenes into just 3 days. This time it was with two couples from New Zealand, with two being ex South Africans. We stayed at Rolands Cave and Twins Cave, with the usual views of Champagne Castle, Monte-aux-Sources and Cathedral Peak.
